Description: - Develop and implement telemarketing strategies to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Manage the telemarketing team to ensure high performance and motivation.
- Monitor and analyze call data to identify trends and improve telemarketing processes.
- Train and mentor team members on effective communication and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with other departments to align telemarketing efforts with company objectives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field .
• At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in Telemarketing, Call Center Sales, Customer Service, or BPO
• Proven experience in telesales or outbound sales operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Office).
