- Manage and oversee financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and monthly reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Monitor expenses and revenue to maintain profitability.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Provide financial advice to resort management to improve operations and cost efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with management and other departments.
