What is this role about?
The role is responsible in supporting SEAOIL's retail expansion team by providing sound recommendation regarding site acquisition strategies.
What will YOU do?
- Analyze data submitted by Field Planners through FPAF and Acquirers through COBALT to provide sound recommendation regarding site acquisition
- Build proper context of all sites endorsed to ensure that the area, market, and site are represented correctly by following strict process of data analysis and conforming to pre-approved economic hurdle rates for projects
- Coordinate closely with the Field Planners for the acquisition of the right data needed for the analysis to ensure that all data submitted by the Field Planners are final or can still be adjusted based on the result of the analysis conducted
- Create conforme with approved rate and terms to present by the acquirers to the lot owner for negotiation
- Monitor relevant databases to easily track analysis, assessments and other needed data regarding the site leads
What will YOU need?
- Bachelor's degree holder in business, management, economics, or other relevant courses
- Preferably with at least a year of experience within the same capacity
