E-Commerce Supervisor
Location: BGC, Taguig
Salary: Up to ₱50,000
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in E-Commerce platform operations (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TikTok Shop)
- Comfortable in pulling and analyzing data to improve brand performance and optimize processes
- Punctual, adaptable, highly organized, and a team player with strong people skills and keen attention to detail
- Proficient in both oral and written English and Filipino
- Confident in presenting to top-level executives
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of brand official stores on Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Zalora
- Serve as the lead contact for account management between marketplaces, brands, and internal teams
- Handle product listings , generate key metrics reports , and conduct E-Commerce market research
- Propose sales plans for campaigns based on brand size and visibility
- Track and analyze KPIs , and prepare performance reports for planning and execution
