Qualifications
- At least a High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or Vocational Graduate.
- With experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Staff, or Production Helper is an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials.
- Knowledgeable in proper handling, storage, and movement of materials.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Willing to work overtime, shifting schedules, and weekends when required.
- Can work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming materials and supplies.
- Prepare, sort, and issue materials based on production or warehouse requirements.
- Transport materials safely between warehouse and production areas.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Perform inventory checking, counting, and stock replenishment.
- Label, pack, and arrange materials according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and storage areas.
- Follow all company safety policies and proper material handling procedures.
- Report damaged, defective, or missing materials to the immediate supervisor.
- Assist in loading and unloading finished goods and deliveries.
- Support production and warehouse operations as assigned.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or immediate superior.
