Recreational Staff

The Recreational Staff is responsible for assisting guests, supervising recreational areas, and ensuring a safe, fun, and enjoyable experience for all visitors. This role includes customer service, game area supervision, prize redemption, and supporting the daily operations of the arcade or recreational facility.
- Greet and assist guests in using arcade games, rides, or play equipment
- Explain game rules, promos, and mechanics to customers
- Monitor customer activities to ensure safety and enforce house rules
- Assist in prize redemption and maintain stock of prizes or tokens
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve minor guest concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the recreational area
- Report any machine malfunctions, accidents, or issues to supervisors
- Support in hosting birthday parties, events, or group bookings when needed
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including checking equipment and supplies
- At least High School Graduate ; college level preferred
- With or without experience (training will be provided)
- Friendly, approachable, and energetic
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Trustworthy, responsible, and a good team player
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and mall hours
- Experience in amusement, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
