Job Description As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide customer support across phone, email, and chat, resolving order, product, and shipping concerns while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. The Qualifications We Seek
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years BPO experience in a voice campaign (non-negotiable)
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and basic data entry (10-key experience is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with proper grammar and professional phone presence
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to handle customer interactions with patience, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively under pressure
- Demonstrated consistent attendance and stable work history
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (approximately 80% of shift) and lift up to 10 lbs occasionally
Your Daily Tasks
- Respond to emails, calls, and chats while meeting communication targets
- Troubleshoot customer issues and process returns, replacements, and manual orders
- Investigate shipping claims and follow through until resolution
- Support customers with product usage and basic troubleshooting
- Complete system tasks such as SLX updates, account creation, and payment processing
- Maintain accurate records and submit weekly stat sheets
- Collaborate with team members and departments for efficient issue resolution
- Perform administrative duties and additional tasks as assigned by management
