Job Description We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to assist customers with inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information across voice, chat, and email channels while ensuring a positive overall customer experience at all times. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Provide accurate information about services, accounts, and processes
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
• Accurately document all customer interactions and updates
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards

Schedule & Training:

• Shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
• Paid training on customer service tools and company processes

Requirements:

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
• Open to fresh grads, experience is an advantage
• Strong English communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
