Store Supervisor

- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to reduce waste.
- Train and mentor staff members to promote a positive work environment.
- Implement quality control measures to uphold product standards.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for sales improvement.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, team player, and effective communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
