Job Summary:

The Marketing Associate supports the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing communication strategies to enhance player retention, drive revenue growth, and ensure compliance with responsible gaming standards. This role emphasizes brand consistency, data-driven messaging, and timely campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and deployment of marketing campaigns according to the execution schedule
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging, tone, and adherence to company guidelines
• Coordinate with creative teams to maintain high-quality content across all channels
• Monitor and report on campaign execution timeliness and messaging consistency
• Contribute to player retention strategies by creating engaging and personalized content
• Analyze marketing campaign impact on player churn rates and retention percentages
• Utilize data to segment audiences and implement targeted communication efforts
• Support promotional initiatives that drive deposit conversions
• Track and report revenue performance directly linked to marketing efforts
• Collaborate with data analysts to interpret conversion metrics and recommend campaign improvements
• Ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory standards and responsible gaming guidelines
• Promote transparency in promotional offers and player-facing communication
• Assist in developing content that supports player education and responsible gaming initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role (internship experience accepted)
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, campaign management, and analytics platforms
• Ability to read and generate game data
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Basic understanding of responsible gaming practices is a plus
