Inventory Clerk

Aice Brands Ice Cream Philippines Inc.
- Conduct monthly reviews and updates of asset data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Undertake responsibilities related to the effective management and maintenance of Aice assets.
- Review and validate asset information through the portal system to ensure data accuracy prior to the approval of freezer placement agreements.
- Monitor freezer placements as a secondary responsibility to verify the accuracy of monthly asset data, based on information provided by the respective market.
- Oversee the management and operation of the asset portal system to maintain data integrity and system efficiency.
- Address application and system-related concerns raised by distributor representatives and market-level application users.
- Proficiency in common office software applications is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to perform tasks efficiently and, accurately.
- Demonstrates a high level of learning agility and strong language and organizational skills.
- Capable of identifying problems and proposing effective solutions.
- Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Relevant work experience is an advantage.
- Willing to work at BGC, Taguig
