Position: iGaming Operations Director (Chinese speaker)

Location: Dubai (relocation required)

About the Role:
On behalf of our client, a fast-growing iGaming company, we are seeking a dynamic Operations Director with strong experience in iGaming who speaks Chinese (Mandarin) to join their office in Dubai.

You will be responsible for driving operational excellence across multiple brands and markets, ensuring that all aspects of the business—from user acquisition to retention and platform performance—are running at peak efficiency. The ideal candidate is not just a manager but a strategic thinker who can balance day-to-day execution with long-term business growth.

Responsibilities:

Multi-Site Operations Overall Management:

• Responsible for the overall daily operations management of multiple gambling websites, including operational planning, personnel allocation, goal breakdown, issue follow-up, and result review.
• Ensure that each site maintains clear operational direction, stable pacing, timely campaign launches, prompt user service, and continuously optimized data performance.

Operations Team Management:

Responsible for the management and coordination of internal operations teams, including:

• Table/Betting operations
• CRM team
• Customer service team
• Campaign operations
• Platform operations
• VIP / User operations
• Content and resource slot operations

Allocate work tasks reasonably, clarify responsibilities for each position, and improve team execution efficiency.

Internal Process Coordination:

• Establish and optimize internal operational workflows, including campaign applications, launch reviews, resource slot scheduling, user outreach, customer service feedback, data review, and exception handling.
• Reduce redundant communication, improve team collaboration efficiency, and ensure smooth internal coordination within operations.

Cross-Department Communication and Collaboration:

• Coordinate externally with traffic teams, product teams, development teams, risk control, payment, and other related departments.
• Collaborate with the traffic team to improve user quality, first-deposit conversion, retention, and return on investment.
• Communicate operational requirements with the product team to drive feature optimization, user experience improvements, and back-end tool enhancements.

Business Understanding and Problem Assessment:

• Requires a comprehensive understanding of the gambling industry, with familiarity across core areas including Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots/Electronic Games, Promotions, CRM, Customer Service, Payments, Risk Control, User Segmentation, etc.
• Ability to quickly identify key issues across all operational areas and provide reasonable solutions.

Data and Results Management:

• Monitor core operational data across multiple websites, including registrations, first deposits, repeat deposits, active users, retention, deposits, withdrawals, GGR, NGR, campaign effectiveness, customer service issues, user complaints, and more.
• Regularly organize operational reviews, identify issues, and drive improvements across relevant teams.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in iGaming industry operations management, familiar with the overall operational processes of online betting platforms.
• Experience in overall management of multiple websites or multiple business lines preferred.
• Familiar with the job responsibilities of table/betting operations, CRM, campaign operations, customer service, user operations, and other positions.
• Strong team management skills, with the ability to allocate work reasonably, supervise execution, and drive results.
• Strong cross-departmental communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with traffic, product, development, and other departments.
• Data-sensitive, with the ability to identify issues through data and drive optimization.
• Good communication skills, organized, able to simplify processes and improve team efficiency.
• Experience in building an operations team from scratch or optimizing operational processes.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (Mandatory)
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai
