Key responsibilities
Execute timely and accurate deliveries of products to customer locations and other store branches
Ensure all packages and items are handled with care to maintain product quality and condition
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including documentation and proof of delivery
Perform regular stock checks and assist with inventory management at the store
Support the restocking of shelves and organisation of storage areas to optimise space and accessibility
Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any changes to orders
Maintain and perform basic servicing checks on delivery vehicles to ensure safety and roadworthiness
Adhere to all traffic regulations and safety protocols whilst operating vehicles
Assist with other store operations and tasks as required to support the team
What we're looking for
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Previous experience as a delivery rider or similar logistics role in retail or consumer products
Strong knowledge of local routes and geography in Metro Manila and surrounding areas
Physical fitness and ability to lift, carry and handle goods of varying weights
Excellent time management and organisational skills to meet delivery schedules
Professional communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
Reliability and punctuality in meeting commitments and deadlines
Ability to work independently whilst maintaining team collaboration
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols
Familiarity with retail operations and inventory management is advantageous
