Job Description: We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agents for Voice and Non-Voice accounts. The role involves assisting customers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing excellent customer service through phone, email, or chat support channels. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
- Assist customers with inquiries, billing concerns, account updates, and technical issues
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Respond to emails and chat inquiries for non-voice accounts
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system
- Escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
- Meet performance targets, quality standards, and attendance requirements
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- At least Senior High School graduate
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer and navigation skills
- Typing skills for non-voice support accounts
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
