Tax & Legal Supervisor | Lipa | Japanese Manufacturing Lima Park

Tax Compliance & Filing: Prepare and review local tax returns (such as VAT, withholding, and income taxes) and ensure timely submission to authorities like the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). Audit & Notice Management: Handle tax assessments, field audits, and responses to regulatory notices (BIR, LGU, SEC). Legal Coordination: Coordinate with corporate secretaries and external legal counsel for contract reviews, corporate housekeeping, and business permit renewals. Team Supervision: Guide junior tax staff, review computations, and improve internal accounting or reporting processes. Advisory: Provide internal teams or clients with accurate interpretations of changing tax laws and regulations.
