: Onboarding and Training Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute operational onboarding and training strategy.
- Design and improve onboarding frameworks, learning paths, and training programs with materials, guides, SOPs, and resources.
- Establish training standards, benchmarks, and scalable processes to support growth.
- Manage end‑to‑end onboarding for new hires, including sessions, role‑specific training, and cohorts.
- Monitor progress with coaching, feedback, assessments, and readiness checks before endorsement.
- Ensure employees meet standards before transition to Operations.
- Identify gaps and implement coaching, refresher training, and upskilling.
- Support development in communication, client management, sales, and operations.
- Partner with leaders to align training with business goals.
- Collaborate with Operations leaders to ensure readiness and act as main contact for onboarding.
- Track completion, attendance, certifications, and metrics; recommend improvements for effectiveness and retention.
- Support initiatives in quality assurance, process improvement, knowledge management, and employee development.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in training, operational onboarding, learning & development within sales support, or contact center environments.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experienced in onboarding, training delivery, performance coaching, and readiness assessments.
- Proven ability in developing training programs, materials, SOPs, and documentation.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficient with Google Workspace, CRM systems, LMS platforms, and training documentation tools.
- Comfortable in fast‑paced, startup environments with evolving processes.
- Experience in BPO, sales, healthcare staffing, and high-growth startups.
- Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and training methodologies.
- Skilled in building onboarding/training functions, managing metrics, quality standards,
