Position: Business Development Specialist Industry: BPO/Payroll Solution Company Location: Market-Market Taguig City Salary: Php 30,000 – Php 50,000 Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift) Work Setup: Hybrid

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related business courses.
• At least two (2) years of experience in lead generation, business development, or a similar sales support role.
• With experience in selling HRMS/HRIS solutions, payroll services, or managed services is an advantage.
• With strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracy is an advantage.
• With experience in Employee Experience Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Available to start immediately (ASAP).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilize modern digital prospecting techniques to identify, engage, and connect with high-potential clients through platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and targeted email campaigns.
• Generate qualified sales leads by leveraging marketing campaigns, conducting outbound prospecting through cold calls and emails, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Qualify prospective clients by assessing their business needs, identifying key pain points, and providing an overview of the company's products and services.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects to improve lead conversion rates and maintain a healthy, well-managed sales pipeline.
• Schedule and coordinate initial discovery calls between qualified prospects and the Sales Team to ensure a seamless handoff.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to develop and implement lead generation strategies that support business objectives and strengthen the overall sales funnel.
• Accurately record, update, and manage lead and customer information using Salesforce and other CRM or sales enablement tools.
• Monitor lead generation activities, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates on pipeline progress and conversion rates.
• Stay informed of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and enhance lead generation efforts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy regulations, and established sales processes in all prospecting and lead management activities.
