Position: Truck Driver
Job Summary
CXBC Auto Shop & Services is looking for a reliable and safety-oriented Truck Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while ensuring timely deliveries and proper vehicle maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate company trucks safely and in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
- Transport goods to designated locations on schedule.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after each trip.
- Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or maintenance concerns immediately.
- Ensure the security and proper handling of cargo during transport.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, trip logs, and other required documentation.
- Assist with loading and unloading of cargo when necessary.
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good operating condition.
Qualifications
- At least High School or Senior High School graduate.
- With 1–3 years of experience as a Truck Driver.
- Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction Code/License Code appropriate for truck driving).
- Familiar with Metro Manila and nearby provincial routes.
- Knowledgeable in road safety regulations and defensive driving.
- Physically fit, punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Willing to undergo a driving assessment and face-to-face interview.
- Experience driving 6-wheel or 10-wheel trucks is an advantage.
