Description - Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
- Manage travel logistics and resolve any issues that arise during the client's trip.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and travel regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in the travel industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Working Conditions: May require working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Passion for travel, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
