Account: Financial Account | Customer Service Representative
Work Setup : Onsite
Location: Taguig Site
Start Date: June Class
Salary: Up to ₱28,000 SALARY PACKAGE
Job Requirements:
- Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience (international account).
- At least Senior High School Graduate.
- College undergraduates and fresh graduates of any course are highly welcome.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand different accents.
- Comfortable navigating multiple tabs and software simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with questions and inquiries.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Provide accurate information and helpful solutions to customer issues.
