- Advisory Role: Provide guidance to farmers on sustainable practices, pest control, irrigation systems, and the use of fertilizers and other inputs.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of crop management, soil science, pest control, and sustainable agricultural practices.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze challenges in farming and develop effective solutions to improve productivity.
