- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural science, crop management, and modern farming technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with farming communities or teams.
