As a Senior Outreach Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Remote), you will play a crucial role in engaging landlords and investors to enhance their real estate portfolios through cold calling. Your expertise in outreach and lead management will help streamline operations and foster valuable relationships and close-out successful deals.
What You'll Do
- Conduct daily outbound cold calling to landlords and investors to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion, streamlining, or divestment.
- Create, refine, and maintain structured follow-up systems within CRM platforms to ensure consistent communication and track lead status.
- Assist with various real estate operations tasks, including investor outreach, and transaction coordination.
- Draft automated professional emails and text messages and manage outreach follow-up calendar.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in the real estate industry or acquisitions.
- Proven success in cold calling and lead generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in fluent English.
- Strong critical thinking, with a proactive approach to solving problems independently.
- Experience in building CRM workflows and lead-tracking processes to enhance follow-up systems.
- Confident and forward-thinking mindset in daily tasks and client interactions.
Qualifications
