Looking for a Remote Appointment Setter to join our team! We are seeking a reliable individual who can promptly engage with local home service leads as they come in from our advertisements. If you have a confident phone presence and are ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Call and text new leads within 5–15 minutes of their submission to maximize engagement.
- Follow up with existing leads daily using our CRM to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with potential clients to set appointments.
- Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
What You Bring
- Must be located in the US or possess a clear US/English accent .
- Proven ability to communicate fluently in English with a confident phone presence.
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely follow-ups and lead engagement.
- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM tracking systems is a plus.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude towards achieving targets.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a similar appointment setting or sales role.
- Familiarity with home service industries or related fields.
