Kopiculture Cafe
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to customer orders and company recipes.
- Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders.
- Assist customers in selecting menu items and provide product recommendations.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and issue receipts accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including counters, machines, and seating areas.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a barista or in food service is a plus.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
