Social Media Marketing Intern - (Internship/OJT - CEBU Based Only

Internship Overview We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Intern to help elevate our digital presence. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand across various platforms, ensuring our messaging is consistent, engaging, and impactful. This is a hands-on opportunity to bridge the gap between classroom theory and real-world execution by managing live accounts, analyzing performance, and collaborating on high-level marketing campaigns. Duties & Responsibilities: Account Management: Oversee daily operations of social media accounts, maintaining a cohesive brand identity and messaging across all channels. Content Planning: Develop and organize a comprehensive social media calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Community Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to audience comments and direct messages in a professional manner to foster community loyalty. Performance Tracking: Use platform analytics to monitor reach and engagement; provide regular reports and actionable suggestions for strategy improvement. Campaign Coordination: Partner with the broader marketing team to align social media efforts with ongoing promotional campaigns and product launches. Qualifications / Requirements: Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related degree program. Digital Literacy: Strong familiarity with major social media platforms, including their respective trends and algorithm nuances. Availability: Ability to commit to 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship. Competencies / Skills: Writing & Editing: Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice for different platforms. Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data from Google Analytics or native platform insights to optimize content performance. Organization: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple posting schedules simultaneously. Creativity: A knack for identifying viral trends and translating them into brand-appropriate content. Preferred Software & Tools: Design & Video: Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and CapCut or Adobe Express for short-form video editing. Scheduling & Management: Experience with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite. Collaboration: Familiarity with Google Workspace or Notion for content organization and team communication.
