Creation Supervisor (Taguig)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coach, and mentor Sales Assistants to meet team goals.
• Monitor daily activities (calls, follow-ups, CRM updates) for quality and productivity.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support development plans.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and real-time coaching for team members.
• Handle inbound/outbound sales calls and act as escalation point for complex inquiries.
• Ensure CRM data integrity and optimize workflows for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
• Track KPIs (call volume, conversion rates, lead progress) and present performance

reports.

• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align sales activities with business priorities.
• Maintain compliance, documentation standards, and organized digital records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, or High School Diploma with 3+ years of professional experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years in sales support, customer service, or sales operations.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in BPO or telemarketing environments
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume sales activities and drive team performance
• Strong analytical skills in reporting, KPI management, and leading teams toward shared goals.
