Description - Manage and oversee accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collection of payments.
- Analyze customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and communications.
- Prepare and present financial reports to management for overview and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve collection processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance or collections
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to manage financial processes and collections
