In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in managing end-to-end indirect procurement operations, including purchase request processing, supplier onboarding, procurement compliance, and stakeholder support across the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do
- Review, adjust, and approve purchase requests while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday Procurement users, providing support throughout the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
- Manage supplier-related activities, including onboarding, qualification, evaluation, performance management, and offboarding.
- Resolve Purchase Order (PO), Goods Receipt (GR), and invoice discrepancies to support accurate three-way matching.
- Maintain procurement data, catalogs, and standard goods and services within internal purchasing systems.
- Support contract review processes and conduct small-volume sourcing activities in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to enhance procurement systems and operational efficiency.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, P2P operations, supplier management, or a related function.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business systems, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage high-volume workloads effectively.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining compliance and process standards.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Workday Procurement, Guided Buying, Jira, IronClad, or other procurement tools.
- Knowledge of procurement compliance, sourcing activities, contract support, and supplier lifecycle management.
