Retail Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and demonstrate products to customers.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Arrange and replenish product displays according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory and report low stock levels.
- Ensure products are clean, properly priced, and attractively displayed.
- Process sales transactions when required.
- Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Submit daily sales and inventory reports.
- Follow company policies and maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and merchandising.
