Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - Test Automation Lead

Responsibilities:
• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements, with a focus on the Marketing Module.
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns, lead scoring models, and customer journeys within Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between CRM and other enterprise applications.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for CRM and marketing automation.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Deliver training and support to end-users on CRM marketing functionalities.
• Stay updated on new features, updates, and industry trends related to Dynamics 365 and marketing automation.
Qualifications:
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, specifically the Marketing Module.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, campaign management, and customer engagement strategies.
• Experience in configuring and customizing CRM workflows, forms, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of data integration, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with related modules such as Sales and Customer Service.
• Familiarity with GDPR compliance and data privacy regulations in marketing.
