Position Description
CGI is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join our Enterprise Applications team. You will be responsible for the design, development, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions for global clients across multiple industries. The role involves developing scalable business applications, integrating enterprise systems, and delivering high quality solutions using Microsoft technologies and Azure services while following CGI delivery standards and Agile methodologies.

Your future duties and responsibilities
. Design, develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse solutions.
. Develop business logic using C#, .NET, Plugins, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
. Build and maintain Custom APIs and enterprise integrations.
. Develop and maintain Power Automate flows to automate business processes.
. Configure and support Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, Customer Voice, and Power Apps Portal.
. Implement and support Dynamics 365 Dual Write integrations with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
. Develop and maintain Azure based integrations using Azure Functions, API Management, App Services, and Azure Service Bus.
. Perform troubleshooting, defect analysis, root cause analysis, and production support.
. Develop automated unit tests using FakeXRMEasy and NUnit.
. Manage solution deployments using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
. Produce technical documentation and technical design artifacts.
. Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, QA teams, and client stakeholders.
. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
. Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
. At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)/CRM solutions.
. Strong experience in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and Dataverse.
. Experience developing business logic using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
. Experience developing Dynamics 365 Plugins and Custom APIs.
. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate.
. Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications.
. Experience using Azure DevOps and Git for source control and deployments.
. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
. Must be amenable to working onsite 1-2 days a week in McKinley, Taguig, on both mid-shift and night-shift schedules.

. Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
. Experience implementing or supporting Dual Write.
. Experience with Customer Voice and Power Pages/Power Apps Portal.
. Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with ERP platforms.
. Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
. Experience working in global delivery or consulting environments.
