Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats for flight bookings, changes, baggage, and travel inquiries
- Resolve issues promptly and accurately
- Provide excellent customer experience
Requirements:
- SHS Graduate + at least 2 years in college (4 semesters no back subjects for old curriculum) OR College Graduate
- At least 1 year work experience (BPO or non-BPO); hospitality/travel/airline experience preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- Willing to work shifting schedules if needed (including nights, weekends, holidays)
