We’re Hiring: Modern Desktop Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Modern Desktop Tech Lead to lead the administration, support, and continuous improvement of our Microsoft 365 and Endpoint Management environment.

In this role, you will provide technical leadership for Microsoft 365 technologies, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Defender. You will also lead L2/L3 support operations, mentor technical engineers, drive automation initiatives, and ensure service excellence across our global environment.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and support of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Manage Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, device compliance, configuration profiles, application deployment, and endpoint security.
• Act as the technical escalation point for complex Microsoft 365 and endpoint-related issues.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management activities while ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
• Develop PowerShell automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
• Implement Microsoft security best practices, Conditional Access, BitLocker, and Zero Trust initiatives.
• Lead M365 and endpoint infrastructure projects, migrations, and platform enhancements.
• Mentor and coach technical engineers while supporting resource planning and team development.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, Local IT teams, and external vendors to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or End User Computing.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience administering Microsoft Intune.
• At least 3 years of leadership or team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work in a global support environment and travel when required.
