Best Tools Group is seeking a qualified and proactive Company Nurse to oversee the health and safety of employees and ensure compliance with occupational health standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting workplace wellness and providing immediate medical assistance when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with a valid PRC License
- Knowledgeable in occupational health standards, first aid, and emergency response
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with integrity
- Willing to work on-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and primary healthcare services to employees
- Monitor and maintain employee medical records and clinic documentation
- Assist in the implementation of occupational health and wellness programs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government health regulations
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for employee medical needs
- Respond to workplace incidents and emergencies in a timely manner
