Mandarin Translator – Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mandarin Translator who is also fluent in Filipino/Tagalog and English. The ideal candidate will help translate and communicate information accurately while maintaining the original meaning and cultural context.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate written documents and communications between Mandarin, English, and Filipino/Tagalog.
- Ensure translations are accurate, culturally appropriate, and grammatically correct.
- Proofread translated materials for consistency and clarity.
- Assist in verbal interpretation during meetings, calls, or client interactions when needed.
- Coordinate with teams to complete translation projects on time.
- Maintain confidentiality of company documents and information.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Filipino/Tagalog .
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in translation or interpretation is an advantage.
- Excellent grammar, proofreading, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Familiarity with translation tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
