JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, management or any business – related course
- At least 4 years of working experience in Marketing is required
- Experience from FMCG industry is highly preferred
COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Manager is responsible for brand building and generating demand through effective, strategic marketing planning and product development.
Market, Customer & Competitor Insights
- Strong understanding of category dynamics
- Developing understanding of retail needs by managing account discussions with Sales
- Managing consumer target development/ Strong understanding of consumer insights
- Regularly is in the field looking for opportunities and threats
Strategic & Operational Business/Market Planning
- Leadership in the creation of the business plan
- Support 3-year plan as needed with perspectives from day-to-day business
Marketing Execution
- Use input and recommendations from research, agency partners and cross functional teams to develop marketing plans and brand strategy. Takes responsibility for all components of the marketing plan (Advertising, PR, media).
- Translates Brand Strategy into Marketing Plans.
- Provide direction to agencies and cross functional teams to execute against brand strategy.
- Develops, owns and manages the P&L for the brand.
- Understands how profitability is achieved for the brand and makes recommendations for budget allocation.
- Is accountable for the execution in the market, gives the proper tracking to the implementation, provides visibility to the organization and recommends actions to ensure the final result is achieved.
Marketing Innovation
- Identifies innovative ideas within area of responsibility and contributes to a fact-based case to support them. This includes innovative marketing tactics and using insights to optimize plans.
- Identifies innovative ideas and apply to LTS/3-year plan.
- Brings to life new initiatives by leading the innovation process, from working with Global Marketing to providing tools to local multifunctional team (Regulatory, Finance, etc.)
Data Analysis, Interpretation and Communication
- Anticipate and provide necessary analyses in advance
- Synthesize information across data sources and provide analysis and recommendations in a holistic manner
Performance and Program Metrics
- Is accountable of the final business results including sales, shares and profit
- Designs brand standards and coordinates the development of specific metrics in collaboration with cross-functional partners for marketing plans and the start of new programs
- Evaluates and validates multiple, complex and integrated factory, supply, consumption, and financial/spending data
- Applies analytics to determine the performance of programs and marketing activities
