Job Title: Kitchen Helper
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper to assist in daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will support the kitchen team in food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in basic food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting ingredients)
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and equipment
- Wash dishes, pots, and pans efficiently
- Ensure proper storage of food and supplies
- Dispose of waste and follow sanitation guidelines
- Support cooks and kitchen staff as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate loads
