Social Media Officer

• Plan, schedule, and manage day-to-day social media content on all platforms
• Execute content calendars aligned with campaigns and product launches
• Write captions and maintain a consistent brand voice
• Monitor engagement, messages, and community interactions
• Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy
• Coordinate with creatives for content production (photo, video, design)
• Stay updated on trends and platform developments
• Support influencer collaborations and partnerships
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience managing social media accounts for a brand
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and digital content trends
• Good copywriting and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and insights
• Highly organized and proactive
• Experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce is an advantage
