Description - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language; bilingualism is a plus.
- Skills and Competencies: Experience in health care or call center environment is advantageous.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and able to handle difficult conversations.
