Job description:
The Multimedia Artist plays a vital role in shaping and elevating the visual identity of 11FTC/Restore. This position requires a versatile creative professional skilled in multimedia design, photography, videography, and content production for digital platforms [Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok & Shopee] . The role will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing and E-commerce Teams to produce compelling visuals that communicate our brand story and support our sustainability-driven mission.
Key Responsibilities Multimedia Content Creation
- Develop and produce engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, and other digital assets.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of company products, events, facilities, and promotional activities.
- Edit and enhance visual outputs using industry-standard tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) to maintain consistent brand quality.
Design & Layout
- Create visually appealing designs for social media, e-commerce listings, product photography, marketing campaigns, and corporate events.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates company values and offerings.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the Marketing, E-commerce, and Content team to conceptualize ideas, develop storyboards, and execute creative briefs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver on-brand, high-quality creative outputs within deadlines
Qualifications / Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multimedia Artist , supported by a strong portfolio in photography, videography, and graphic design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of photography/videography techniques, lighting, and composition.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce visual requirements and ad materials.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in livestream tools, OBS plugins, TikTok Studio, livestream software, and studio shoot setup is a strong plus.
- Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design , Multimedia Arts , Fine Arts , or any related field.
