Graphic Artist

The Graphic Artist is responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining high-quality visual materials that support the company's branding, marketing, advertising, product promotion, social media, and business communication requirements. The position ensures that all visual content is creative, accurate, consistent with the company's brand identity, and delivered within established deadlines.

Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design and Content Creation

• Create original graphic designs for social media posts, advertisements, promotional materials, product campaigns, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, presentations, and other company materials.
• Develop visual concepts based on marketing objectives, product requirements, and management instructions.
• Edit and enhance photographs, product images, promotional materials, and other visual assets.
• Create graphics and visual materials for livestreaming, online selling, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Resize and adapt designs into different formats and dimensions required for various platforms.

2. Social Media and Digital Content

• Prepare graphics and visual content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, websites, online marketplaces, and other digital platforms.
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Social Media teams to ensure that content is visually consistent and aligned with campaign objectives.
• Ensure that all published graphics contain accurate product information, pricing, promotional details, logos, and other required information.
• Assist in developing creative concepts for digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

3. Branding and Visual Standards

• Maintain consistency in the company's use of logos, colors, fonts, layouts, images, and other brand elements.
• Ensure that all designs comply with the company's branding and visual identity guidelines.
• Develop or improve templates for recurring marketing and operational materials.
• Maintain organized files of approved logos, design templates, photographs, and other creative assets.

4. Coordination and Revisions

• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Sales, Product, and other concerned departments regarding design requirements.
• Receive and incorporate reasonable revisions and feedback from authorized personnel.
• Clarify design instructions, specifications, deadlines, and priorities before starting assigned projects.
• Submit drafts and final designs for approval when required.
• Ensure that revisions are completed accurately and within the agreed timeline.

5. Production and File Management

• Prepare final artwork in appropriate formats for digital publishing, printing, advertising, and other applications.
• Ensure that designs are properly sized, formatted, and technically suitable for their intended use.
• Maintain organized folders and properly named files for all completed and ongoing projects.
• Keep backup copies of important design files and company creative assets.
• Ensure that final approved materials are properly endorsed to the requesting department.

6. Project and Deadline Management

• Complete assigned design projects within the prescribed deadlines.
• Prioritize urgent and time-sensitive promotional materials based on management or department requirements.
• Inform the immediate supervisor promptly of any issue that may affect the completion or quality of an assigned project.
• Maintain a record or monitoring system for pending, ongoing, completed, and revised design requests.

7. Quality Control

• Review all designs before submission or publication to ensure accuracy, proper formatting, readability, and visual quality.
• Check spelling, grammar, product information, prices, dates, promotional mechanics, and other relevant details appearing in the artwork.
• Ensure that no unauthorized, incorrect, outdated, or misleading information is included in published materials.

8. Other Related Duties

• Assist in photo and video editing when required.
• Assist in preparing creative materials for company events, product launches, sales campaigns, and other company activities.
• Perform other design-related duties reasonably assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, confidentiality requirements, and reasonable instructions from authorized management personnel.
