- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive guest experience
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and dining areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Handle cash and operate POS systems accurately
- Restock inventory, supplies, and pastries as needed
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Stay knowledgeable about menu items, seasonal offerings, and promotions
- Able to operate essential coffee equipment, including coffee machines, grinders, and espresso machines
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with others
- Familiarity with a wide range of coffee beverages and preparation methods
- Friendly, customer-oriented attitude with a cool, approachable yet professional demeanor
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to follow recipes and preparation standards precisely
- Efficient, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Expressive and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
