Branch Manager

- Operational oversight: Manage and improve the productivity and efficiency of manpower, overseeing warehouse inventory, daily deliveries, and sales invoices.
- Financial management: Monitor accounts receivable, remittances, and collections.
- Reporting: Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports.
- Staff management: Manage and motivate a team, which may include handling 20+ people in roles such as deliveries, warehousemen, and encoders.
- Policy implementation: Strictly implement company policies and procedures.
- College graduate
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales and operations.
- Willingness to work ASAP and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in handling people.
- Strong management skills and a positive attitude.
- Excellent Willingness to work ASAP and ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, flexible, and trustworthy.
