Agent/Distribution Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell medical supplies and medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, biomedical staff, and purchasing departments
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training for healthcare professionals
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders in coordination with procurement teams
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after-sales support
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with logistics, service, and technical teams for timely delivery and installation
- Ensure compliance with medical, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM record
Qualifications
- Graduate of any medical field, med tech and computer related
- 1 to 2 years at least experience in sales, customer service or computer related
- Must have TOR ready
Benefits
- 5k allowance (Weekly)
- Collection Incentives 15,500 (Monthly)
- Sales Incentives 46,500 (Quarterly)
- VL, SL, HMO with 1 dependents upon regularization
- Continues educational program for MASTERAL
Office location : QC malakas St. Diliman the office for reporting
