Agent/Distribution Sales Representative

Shacman Motors Inc.
Responsibilities - Promote and sell Shacman heavy-duty trucks.
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Conduct client visits, product presentations, and truck demonstrations.
- Explain truck specifications, features, applications, and benefits to customers.
- Prepare quotations and sales proposals.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing sales.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending transactions.
- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
- Coordinate with Finance regarding financing and payment requirements.
- Coordinate with Parts and Service Departments regarding customer concerns.
- Provide proper after-sales assistance and customer follow-up.
- Monitor competitor activities and market opportunities.
- Maintain updated customer records and sales pipeline.
- Prepare sales activity and sales reports.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the Sales Supervisor or management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course.
- With sales experience is an advantage; automotive, truck, or heavy equipment experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented and confident in dealing with clients.
- Goal-driven and willing to meet sales targets.
- Proficient in basic MS Office applications.
- Willing to do fieldwork and client visits.
- With valid driver's license is an advantage.
