Ideate and Create Learning Hub
Description - Develop and implement inclusive teaching strategies for diverse learners.
- Create individualized lesson plans tailored to students' unique needs and abilities.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to promote student progress.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages participation and growth.
- Utilize assessments to track student learning and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in teaching, preferably in an inclusive setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in lesson planning, behavior management, individualized and group teaching.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, adaptability, and a passion for fostering inclusive education.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Working Conditions: Commitment to working in a dynamic and diverse educational environment.
