FIELD SALES SUPERVISOR

General Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course.
  2. With experience in sales supervision, preferably in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  4. Goal-oriented and capable of handling field operations independently.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and sales reporting.
  6. Willing to travel and conduct extensive fieldwork.
  7. Preferably with a valid driver’s license and driving skills.
General Job Description: The Field Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising the daily activities of field sales representatives to achieve sales targets, market expansion, and excellent customer service within the assigned territory. The role involves monitoring sales performance, developing client relationships, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring operational efficiency in the field. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor the daily activities of field sales personnel.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets, collection targets, and distribution objectives.
  • Conduct regular market visits and field coaching to improve sales team performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
  • Monitor product availability, merchandising, pricing, and competitor activities in the market.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory performance evaluations.
  • Implement company sales programs, promotions, and marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and accounting departments regarding deliveries, inventories, and customer concerns.
  • Train, motivate, and evaluate sales personnel to improve productivity and discipline.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Identify new business opportunities and areas for market expansion.
