INVENTORY AND SALES ENCODER

About the role
The Inventory and Sales Encoder is responsible for the accurate encoding of sales transactions, monitoring of stock levels, inventory management, and processing of sales invoices. The role also handles concession items, stock replenishment, and coordination of product deliveries and pull-outs to ensure smooth daily sales and inventory operations.
Key responsibilities
Accurately encode daily sales transactions into the company system and monitor and update sales records to ensure accuracy and completeness
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Coordinate with the Sales Department regarding sales transactions and discrepancies
Monitor stock availability, inventory movement, and product balances
Maintain accurate and updated inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliation
Monitor inventory and sales of concession items assigned to dealers and retail outlets
Track stock movements, including deliveries, transfers, returns, and pull-outs
Monitor stock levels and identify items requiring replenishment
Prepare and process sales invoices accurately and on time
Coordinate with the Warehouse, Logistics, and Sales Teams regarding product deliveries and pull-outs
About you
Graduate of any business-related course or equivalent qualification
Preferably with experience in sales encoding, inventory monitoring, stock management, or related administrative work
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and basic computer applications
Experience using inventory or sales management systems is an advantage
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and meet reporting deadlines
Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments
