Sales Technician

Description - Provide after-sales maintenance and technical support to clients.
- Assist in pre-sales activities including product demonstrations and technical consultations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any service and support inquiries in a timely manner.
- Document and report on customer feedback and product performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Information Technology with Tesda NCII Cert.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in after-sales service and support.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent teamwork abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to demonstrate products during pre-sale activities.
